The 46” Squid Inflatable Body Board:

The 46” Squid Inflatable Body Board is a mad science project that ended up working extremely well. Originally 42” on our first design, the Squid quickly become a very popular body board. As we started to ask and receive feedback we realized there were a lot of bigger guys (a lot of Dads really) who bought the Squid for their kids to use, and then Dad tried it out and uses it more than the kids.

So, Dads and all our bigger people out there, we have your back. We juiced the 42” up to a beefier 46” shape which has made this body board obscenely fun. The bigger shape made this board so much easier and more fun for our bigger guys but still works incredibly well for smaller kids. We actually have young groms standing on the 46” shape and surfing it!

The Squid is truly an incredible body board for all levels of body boarders. The inflatable aspect obviously creates a ridiculous amount of float, so catching waves is effortless. The magic happens in the fins - in earlier testing without fins, the board wasn’t able to track well down the line, we were missing epic sections and tubes. So we glued some fins on and BOOM, the board locks in and hauls down the line.
